Copenhagen winner show in Brøndby on 20th September 2009
Judge: Poul Ørnemark (DK)

Puppy class,
males:
Kuzonga's Foenix
Foenix got a splendid report, and mum Karina was told by the judge that he
though this young puppy had a really nice future ahead! :-) Because Foenix was
in the ring at 9 o'clock and honour wasn't before very late in the afternoon,
they chose not to stay, which I totally understand, since the most important
thing at all is that the dogs think its fun! Feonix therefore didn't enter
honour ring, but well, maybe he will another time :-) The report might follow
later :-)
Very promising, 1st winner, Best male puppy, Best of Breed Puppy

Champion class, males:
DKCH SEVCH SECH KLBV09 Inanda Mellberg Edelrood
I did show "Rod"
again and I think we are getting pretty good together :-) Here is a photo of Rod
in front of the judge where he is standing very beautiful totally free, and
wagging his tail :-) Sadly there is a stupid shadow on the photo. He ended up
2nd best in a champion class of 6 and later was 3rd best male.
Excellent 2, 3rd best male
Open class, females:
DEVDHCH UHP Rally-B Kuzonga's Cirkeline
"Beautiful well build strong female, underline still
with signs of puppyhood, therefore lose, good head, good expression, correct
bite, good neck, well bodied, good top line, has strong well placed bones, well
angulated rear, could have more angulations in the shoulders, moving very well
and ground covering, good ridge"
Excellent (was +10 females in open class, 6 received excellent, and Cike was one of 2 not placed)
My own comment. Cike is in no way in show condition. She did nicely pull up the "milk bar" after the puppies, but after she got into heat again, she got false pregnant (she just can't wait to get puppies again? :-p ) She has a very poor underline, but she seems strong and firm in the body again otherwise. She also moved really nice, with lot of energy and firm top line. I had though about letting her stay home, but since I had to go there anyway to show Rod, and I was to go and meet a couple of Cike kids, I though I would just bring her anyway :-) I'm very pleased with Cike's excellent also without a placement. The photo of Cike is from today in the garden since I don't have any from the show. The camera "man" was in the ring running around :-)
We also was to meet Cike's daughter, Foenix's sister Freya at the show. She has never been on such a big show before, seen so many people and so many dogs, and still she came in wagging her tail like always and was just soooo happy. We tried to make some photos of her standing, but wasn't really that easy, she kind of couldn't concentrate, with so much exiting going on :-) She would much rather play with brother Foenix and mum Cike. Here a attempt on a standing photo :-)
