| 2012.01.15 | Cike and the puppies are doing well, and the puppies are growing and growing. Then I have forgotten some "old" news. On Saturday the 7th of January Cike's son Ch Kuzonga's Foenix was 2nd best male with CAC and club-CAC at the Newyear show in Århus. Thereby Foenix is also DANISH CHAMPION! Cike gave birth to 11 puppies on the 12th of January! 6 females and 5
males. Sadly 2 of the males was stillborn. We now have 6 females and 3
males. Alle females seems to have correct ridge, one male has possible
3rd crown and for sure a kink in his tail. The 2 other males correct
ridges. There is very little white and all except one female has looong
ridges. Hers is a little shorter. Cike and the puppies are doing well
even when the bith did end up in a C-section. We have puppies born on 12th of Jannuar 2012. More unter PUPPIES |

Cike is still doing well and growing and growing. She now has good 1
meter (!!) around her belly! I've updated the puppyblog that normally is
only in danish, but made a "guess how many puppies" there. But guesses
are also welcome in the guestbook :-) On the photo Cike has her new "milkbar
holder" on, which I made to her since her belly and milk bar is
otherwise hanging down in the grass when she has to "do her thing". Link

| 2012.01.04 | Cike is doing well and growing and growring. Just like the 2 others times, she is carrying her belly "under her" and not up the side like many other females does. It looks a little funny and does that she on some pictures almost doesnt look pregnant, and on other looks very pregnant! She is big and slowly getting a little problems with her weight and belly, but still eating with huge appetite but smaller portions then normal. She is now has 92,5 cm around her belly! Yesterday Maru, the father of our upcoming litter, was at the Nordic
Winner show in Stockholm and got Nordic Veteran Winner 2011, he also

| 2011.10.28 | Today we saw the first little drop of blood on the floor, and during the day it was clear that Cike has started her heat! :-) In about 2 weeks we will be off to Finland and hopefully there will be a nice healthy litter of puppies in beginning/middle of January 2012!! Cike was tested for Hemophilia B, a bleeder disease known by ridgebacks. The result was: N(X)/N(X) which is totally free ! :-) |

| 2011.09.25 | Ch Kuzonga's Foenix passed rally advanced for for the 3rd time yesterday and thereby archieved his 2nd rally obedience title, the "Rally-V". And that with style! Karina and Foenix passed with 100 of 100 possible points and was 3rd winner in the class! Big big congratulations! |
| 2011.09.21 | Now the first of the G-litter has been x-rayed. Kuzonga's Gaia got the great results HD: A/B ED: 0/0 and OCD: FREE. Big congratulations to Gaia's owners and thanks for x-raying her. Tarujen Mabaru , sire of our upcoming litter, keeps rocking the rings in veteran class in Finland! Cike has slowly started to show that she will get into heat during a couple of months! It's so exciting! |
| 2011.07.31 | What a week Cike's son CH Kuzonga's Foenix have had! Thursday the 28th of July Karina and Foenix passed rally advanced class for the 2nd time. Now then only need one for the title! At the weekend they were at the show in Bremen. Saturday Foenix got Exc. 2 of 12 (!!) males in open class. So close to his last CAC. Sunday he went all the way! Got Exc. 1 with CAC and even went on to get 2nd best male with res club cac!! Way to go! There by he is German Champion VDH! I've never doubted that Foenix would go all the way. Karina and Foenix I'm so proud of you! |
| 2011.07.11 | At Kennel Wayosi the puppies of Kiwi and Sheriff's are born. A total of 11 puppies, of them 8 livernose!! Sadly one correct livernose male was stillborn. Left is one female with a tiny kink, a male with one crown, and the rest so far looks correct! No DS or ridgeless. Huge congratulation to Mona with this super nice litter! Some puppies, both liver and black nosed, are still available |
| 2011.07.03 | At the swedish Specialty show on july 2nd Uncas won hunting/working class and ended up 7th best Male (after 6 champions) and received the reserve CAC!! Thank you Ulrika and Jessica for showing Uncas so well! Kuzonga's Frieda was x-ray'ed and the results HD:A and ED:0 :-) The page with xray results is updated. Today we have been to rally and Sjalle passed the expert class for the 3rd time!! Cike didn't pass but she was more happy then she had been for a long time!! | 2011.06.25 | Lots of updates! First a belated Happy Birthday to the G-litter who turned 1 Year on June 23rd, and a belated Happy Birthday to the D-litter who turned 5 on June 22th. Then a Happy Birthday in advance to the C-litter who turns 6 years tomorrow on June 26th! Kuzonga's Foenix has passed rally advanced with 92 of 100 points! Foenix also was Rally novice dog of the year in the danish RR club! Congratulations to Karina and Foenix! Then the big big news!! Catja and Kuzonga's Chunuka Zazu passed obedience class 3 with 240 of 280 points and got the title LP3!! Now then just need to more trials to get the 2nd dog from Kuzonga's who are Danish Obedience Champion! Fingers crossed for the next trials! | 2011.03.08 | Last week we were at the vet to take some blood samples that were send to Laboklin in Germany. Today we got the results, all 3 dags are totally free from Degenerative Myelopathy (DM), We are very happy about this results! The pages of all 3 dogs has been updated. Now the puppies are almost 6 weeks old. They enjoy the

| 2010.06.24 | 23rd June our G-litter FINALLY came to the world! The litter is 10 puppies, 6 males and 4 females. One of the males has offset and a 3rd crown in his ridge. The Rest so far looks correct. No Dermoid sinus or kinkytails found. Cike and her kids are doing fine. The puppies weight from 400 till 570 gram. Most of them around 500 gram. More to follow later. That at the international show in Neumünster/Germany. He won his class with CAC and CLUB-CAC and went on to endup as 2nd best male with RE-CACIB! Huge congratulations to Karina and Foenix! Saturday the 12th June Uncas was entered Rally advanced for the 3rd time He passed again and thereby got the title "Rally-V" Big congratulatiosn to Alexandra and Uncas! Today Uncas won the final trial by the RR training in
the RR club. Uncas won in impressive style with 96 of 100 points! This
even with Denmark right now very much covered in snow! Not really the
weather most RR's like the most. Big congratulations to Alexandra and
Uncas! The Danish rr club has a article in the magazine about HD/ED x-ray. Sadly also this article is not very "complete", since only dogs x-rayed in Denmark is with in this article. Kennel Kuzonga's is the kennel in Denmark who is way ahead and has the most x-rayed dogs. Of the first 5 litters (the 6th litter isn't old enough yet) whole 28 of 45 dogs has been x-rayed, which is 62% !! See all x-rayed dogs HERE |

Today Issa would have turned 11 if she had still been
alive. Issa is still deeply missed. Its still so empty here. Today most
likely wont be a easier day then so many others since Issa left us in
April. This photos is of Issa with a very young Cike. A Issa who almost
died by giving birth to her last litter, but still loved and took care
of her puppies. I always get happy when looking at this photo. Think its
so peacefully somehow. I almost cant wait till spring, where Cike will
get into heat, and hopefully next summer give birth to a lovely litter
of Issa grandkids, who Issa will be able to watch over in the garden.

| 2009.08.16 | What a weekend! I don't even know where to begin! Saturday Uncas won his first CAC on the international show in Hillerød. Sunday he passed Obeidence class 3 and got the LP3 title. Cike's son Foenix was BOB puppy at the international show in Hillerød. Sjalle got a VG, the judge didn't like her high tail, but she was just VERY happy :-) Zazu passed rally advanced class both days, this also in Hillerød. In Norway Sheriff was 2nd best male with re-cacib. I got a really bad flu after the terrible weather at the show yesterday, but simply had to get out of my bed to update the homepage with such results. | 2009.07.18 | Saturday the 18t of July was a almost historic day! At a obedience trial not less then 4 RR's did take part. The impressiv thing was that they all was from the same kennel, Kuzonga's :-) Sheriff, Zazu and Sjalle was in class 2. Uncas in the difficult class 3. Sheriff passed with first price and was 2nd winner in the class (of 8) and got the title LP2! Zazu had moved class on the day and passed with a really nice 3rd price! Sjalle and Uncas didn't get that much poitn this day, but they both did their best! Sjalle then with a bad handled at the end of the leash :-) Big congratulatiosn to Mona and Sheriff. This was a day I will not forget! Also thanks to Catja/Zazu and Alexandra/Uncas for making this day so special! |

| 2009.04.06 | Some weeks ago Issa suddenly got very sick. Luckily the vets fast found out what it was and Issa had a big surgery. The vets couldn't guarantee that a 10½ year old dog would get though the surgery, but Issa didn't just get though it. About one hour after we came home, Issa got up, and walked out in the garden and of course she had her dinner in the evening! Here a little photos of Issa lesser then 2 weeks after the surgery. We have also made some new photos of Cike lessen then a month after her puppies left home. The pups are doing very well in their new homes, spreading a lot of joy. It was 3rd time for Cike in novice class and for the 3rd time she passed and now is Rally Novice Champion :-) Issa was in advanced class and also she passed.
